The driver’s side window of a city bus mysteriously shattered as the vehicle picked up passengers in Manhattan Friday morning, police and transit officials said. The driver and passengers on the southbound M104 managed to escape injury when the glass was smashed on Broadway between 85th and 86th Sts. shortly after 7 a.m. MTA spokesman Kevin Ortiz said a rock hit the glass, but cops said no object that could have broken the window was recovered. The driver did not report any arguments with passengers before the window broke. Police are investigating the incident.
