I have a pass for the Hudson Line that is for Zone 2 (RIVERDALE-GRAND CENTRAL), and at night I have to use the 125th street station from time to time since it is convenient for my commute and meetings that I have. My question is looking at the schedule, there are some Harlem express trains that only receive passengers at 125th street. If I were to use one of those trains, would I be upcharged or what would happen? Technically my pass covers the zone, but I'm not sure if they would still give me a problem because it is really only there to receive passengers. Before anyone says anything, there is too big of a gap in service for the local trains and it would be tight for me making it where I need to be on time, hence why I would prefer to use one of the Harlem or Hudson express trains.
