I have noticed that the lettered lines have codenames (example: 
for Delta). What are all of the letter line's codenames? I have figure out some of the defunct lines myself. One we already know what it is.
QB- Queens-Brighton
QJ- (Today's <J>)- Queens-Jamaica
MJ- Myrtle-Jay
CC- Concourse
