NTT loud banging on depart and arrival

Hello there can any one explain why on R142's R142A's R143's and R160's they make a loud banging sound on departure and arrival. It mostly sounds like it is coming from the trucks of the train but it's a loud bang and it makes the doors rock back and forth, Thanks for your time
