Again with this nonsense? How may times does it have to be said- this will never work in NY. If they really want to ease overcrowding, they should be talking about fast-tracking the planning process for Phase 2 of the Second Avenue Subway. I guess the MTA follows the old mantra 'if you repeat a lie enough times, it eventually becomes truth'. God almighty these board members are obtuse...
