This is a proposal of what the MTA should do for the 
:
- Have the W Train run on weekends from Astoria to Whitehall South Ferry
- The W train only runs on Weekdays (AM rush hours to evening) and weekends, no W service during late nights.
- During Weekdays from 9AM to 4PM, extend the W train to the Culver line and have it run express to its last stop at Church Avenue where it terminates.
- During AM rush hours from 6AM to 9AM and PM Rush hours 4PM to 8PM it runs express (in peak direction only, and local in non peak direction) to Kings Highway (only until the F train service is restored for the Coney Island bound local service as its under maintenance at the moment).
- Allow the N train to run express in Queens during weekdays rush hours (in peak direction only), sure that will make some customers angry but it will streamline service. (Stops only at Astoria Ditmars - Astoria Boulevard, and then Queens Borough Plaza).
- The N to run express on Weekends and Weekdays (AM rush hours to Evening) in Manhattan. Local at Late Nights.
- The Q to run express in Manhattan still during the late nights.
