I am trying to figure out something... I need to use the New Haven Line and want to avoid the additional cost of getting it from Grand Central. The question is the following: If you were traveling from a station in the Bronx (i.e. Woodlawn) and then got off in Fordham to transfer to go to say Larchmont, would you have to pay twice? In other words, pay once to go from the Woodlawn station to the Fordham station and then pay again to go to Larchmont? Or another scenario... Melrose station in the Bronx to Larchmont... Take the Harlem line from Melrose to Fordham and then transfer to the New Haven line...
