So I was re-watching vol 2 of the awesome rare annoucements video by Mr Railfan for the gazillionth time (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= ZNfGyjEaCW0) and there's an annoucement for a B skip-stop train. Of course, there are programs recorded that never happend like the D to Far Rock or the M via the C line. But B skip-stop seems like a pretty basic thing if it were to happen, it's not like it's a huge GO or anything. So I was wondering a few things:
-Has the 
ever ran skip-stop?
-And if so, what was the reason?
-And if not, what in the world would cause the to ever run skip-stop?
