Intoxicated mother on SEPTA trolleybus 66

I have been following a facebook page called "people of septa" where they post weird shit on all of SEPTA

The one involving the video of the passed out mother led to Department of Human Services to take away the custody of her daughter

in case anyone didn't know, the trolley bus is New Flyer E40LF
