A South Chicago teen was ordered held in lieu of $90,000 bail Sunday after she allegedly maced a CTA bus driver Friday.
Brianna K. Emery, 17, of the 7900 block of South Colfax Avenue, faces a felony aggravated battery to a transit employee charge in connection to the incident, according to court records.
Police responded Friday morning to a call from a bus driver who said he had been sprayed with mace after a fare dispute with a rider at 2600 E. 79th St., according to court records.
Emery allegedly sprayed the driver in the face and then exited the bus, fleeing north on Colfax Avenue, according to court records.
