Does this advisory mean that the 
runs local continuously from 12:30 AM May 24 through 5 AM May 27 or does it mean the runs local ONLY between 12:30 AM to 5 AM May 24, 25, 26, 27.
There are GOs that in effect only during the daylight hours, the night hours, and throughout the whole day (day and night).
